Our primary focus is the group CrossFit class for general physical preparedness (GPP). CrossFit classes produce exceptional results by effectively combining lifting, bodyweight movements, running, rowing, and other functional movements that can be replicated in the real world. CrossFit is the program of choice for many firefighters, law enforcement officers, triathletes, and everyday people looking to improve their fitness and quality of life. Our classes are universally scalable meaning they are designed to be equally challenging to all athletes regardless of past experience or fitness. Our highly trained coaches will lead you through every step of class: dynamic warm-up, skill warm-up, workout, and cool down. They will also help modify workouts to meet your ability.
Classes are 1 hour long with the following structure:
-Group dynamic warm-up
-Group skill warm-up (review movements of the day and modifications/scales)
We are a premium CrossFit gym that delivers a premium service. We are the only CrossFit gym in the greater Philadelphia area to cap classes at 12 people to ensure safety and proper coaching that you deserve!

*Group BASE CAMP for beginners begins the first Tuesday of each month. Base Camp 1 is that Tuesday at 6:30am, Base Camp 2 is Thursday 6:30am, and Base Camp 3 is Friday 6:30am. If you cannot make those times and/or want to work around a custom schedule, we also offer an Express 1-on-1 option which is our most popular option for going through Base Camp due to its flexibility.
