A Fitness Journey – Matt

In April 2017 I decided to step out of my comfort zone and show up for my first workout with Coach P at Kanna Fitness. I was nervous because I had spent over a year looking at different CrossFit gyms in the area but never decided to go because I didn’t feel like being the “new guy” with almost no weightlifting experience. At my very first workout all of the people at Kanna made me feel welcome. The experienced CrossFitters who I was worried about being judged by are the ones pushing me to become better and make coming back easy! Anyone who is intimidated by the thought of being the “new guy or girl” has no reason to worry when coming to Kanna Fitness. Coach P has created a great community that I am happy to be a part of!
