Anybody can do CrossFit, but CrossFit isn’t for everyone. It takes humility, grit, and patience to be successful. We don’t require you to be strong, fast, or already fit to start CrossFit – we only ask that you have an open mind and a willingness to learn. In fact, the people who come in already thinking they’re in shape usually don’t last long if their ego gets in the way!
The other great thing about CrossFit is the community -working out with others is both inspiring and fun! Everyone will modify the workout to their own needs and abilities, but we are all in it together. As the saying goes, you may come in for the workout, but you’re going to stay for the community.
