Resilience Challenge

Wild times we live in. The whole world has been turned upside down and it feels like we’re in a movie just waiting for the credits to roll and lights to come on.

As a fitness business, we shut our doors on Saturday and pivoted to offer free at-home workouts on our Facebook page. Just like our regular classes, there are six different levels so anyone from grandma to collegiate athlete can do them. We also include movement demos and video explanations of the workout in case you’ve never done CrossFit before.

In addition, we are going to run a free six-week Resilience Challenge starting this Monday, 3/23. If you’re feeling a little lost and need some support and accountability, this is for you.

You’ll choose 1-2 habits from three categories: Immunity, Mindset, and Fitness. By tracking these habits, you’ll have something to focus on each day and create the badly needed structure that many of us are lacking.

Along the way we’ll be offering information and webinars on topics relevant to the challenge. There will also be a points tracker because who doesn’t like making it a game?

Challenges like this have normally been $100+, but we want to give away as much as we can during these unusual times. We only ask that you use some money to support your local businesses by buying gift cards, ordering delivery, or some other way to show your support in a tumultuous time for small business.

The Kanna Resilience Challenge is open to the public, so pass this on to any family or friends that you think would benefit from focusing on healthy habits. 

Note: For those that register, there will be a kick-off Zoom session this Sunday at 4pm where we’ll go over more of the logistics.
